To Dish Internet users,
We have recently had a couple of billing issues because a
resident called the Dish Customer Service Center for repair service. If you call
them, you will be billed for a service call. We can probably get it fixed, but
PLEASE place your problem calls either through me at GLambert@suncommunities.com, or if
urgent on a weekend, through the Guest Services front desk. Making your requests
in this manner will avoid any billing issues.
