A couple days ago, I commented (complained) that my darling cats were entertaining themselves by pulling the quarter-round away from the walls.
It evidently was fun.
After a special trip to Home Depot to get the proper nails, Don set about the repair.
Kat was very interested and watched every moment. I bet he's just waiting for the challenge.
Now its time for a commercial for "Just Plumbing". They called and set an appointment to come for our annual filter change for our water system. They first flushed both water heaters and then serviced our entire RO water system, replacing filters, etc.
It's so surprising to see the crud that gets flushed out of the hot water heaters. We have this done on a yearly basis so imagine what it looks like if you don't have them flushed for years.
One heater is in the center of the house so they ran a hose out to the street. We can HIGHLY recommend Just Plumbing for clean fresh tasting water. Every tap in our house has great tasting water. Love their service. Thank you to Justin and Brandon (and their spouses who sometimes accompany them at work.)
A palm tree on Oasis died and got a replacement today.
He's just a teenager but will grow quickly.
It was fun to watch the precision of the pay-loader driver as he maneuvered the tree for placement.
