Maintenance work & pool update

It's another beautiful day at Palm Creek.  The past two weeks have been a true gift with gorgeous weather.  Couldn't ask for better.

With very little wind this morning, the jet contrails marked the sky.  It looked like they were coming directly over site 1948 on Granite so I took a picture.  If you know them, please share the photo.  They might enjoy it.

Jose from our maintenance department is working tediously on repairing and maintaining the sprinklers around the park.  It is another of the many never ending jobs to keep the grass green.  Thank you, Jose.

Still some water in the main pool.

Eddie is hard at work to get the pump working properly.
Hang in there, Eddie.

The street sweeping has evidently been contracted out.
We have many miles of roads to keep clean.

John from maintenance is replacing the light fixtures at the south dog park/picnic area.  He is installing electric lights instead of the solar and putting the system on sensors instead of timers.  He has finished doing the same across the golf course and at the dog park by the sports area.  Thank you, John!

Don and I quite frequently walk across the golf course path when we return home from evening events.  The lighted pathway is MUCH appreciated.

Jody from Mobile Upgrades is completely converting a house from the old aluminum siding.  It will really look nice!  (Site 690 by the 4-way stop)

LOL...........I posted Kat's woes with his sneezing cold yesterday and have received quite a few sympathy letters from his apparent fan club.  Thank you one and all.

This photo says it all.  He is milking his cold and looking for sympathy.  He still has his normal healthy appetite though so I'm sure he'll survive.
(We all know how men are when they catch cold.)

This note from Patti Nagel was the BEST!!!!
