Tom Gottfried has a powerful camera and likes to sit on his patio with wife, Bev, for closeup photos of the hummingbirds.
I asked him if he had seen the little hummers taking a shower in his fountain and he said ..no..not yet anyway. Lo and Behold....the very next day he sent me these photos!!
Time to dry off.

I spotted John and Julie Baker at the North Pavilion as they were playing ping pong to pass the isolation time. Because the tables are so exposed to summer temps, they have repaired the paddles themselves several times by gluing them back together. There are two tables so feel free to take on an opponent.
You may recognize John as one of our full time rangers who will be working through the summer. (At least for now.)
