Palm Creek Residents and Guest’s

I have received numerous emails and phone calls inquiring about our in season rules and regulations regarding children and pool usage.  In our current Palm Creek Rules and Regulations updated on 01/31/2019 the policy is as follows.  This is our current policy and will be observed.

49.  Swimming Pools and Spas:  Pools are closed from 5:30am to 7:30am for cleaning.  Children 17 and under are permitted in the pool areas during the posted hours of 10:00am – 12pm and 4:00pm – 6:00pm and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  (During summer, children are allowed in the main pool only and there are no time restrictions).  No horseplay, running, jumping or diving.  For your safety, pools and spas will be closed at 9:00pm.  Children and adults in diapers are not permitted to use the pool.  “Swimmer Pant” type diapers specifically made for swimming are allowed and are available for purchase at the activities office.  Only persons over the age of 18 are permitted to use the Spas.  Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.  Suntan lotion and oil are bad for filters and tiles, Please shower before swimming.  Please observe all posted rules and keep the surrounding gates closed.  Remember, there are no lifeguards on duty.

I have received many inquiries and questions regarding changing the current rules and possibly extending the children’s hours in season however we will not be making any changes this season.  We will be looking into and considering other options for the future but any changes if made will be announced and communicated to residents.

Copies of our current Rules and Regulations are available in Guest Services

Thank You
