We had a great time touring through the Photo and Art Club show today.  Such talented people enjoying their hobbies.

CanAm Lawn Bowl Tournament

It was a BIG day for our lawn bowlers as they participated in their own Can Am tournament.  Don took Maverick up for a bird's eye view of the activity.

Palm Creek Chorus

A big round of applause and congratulations to the Palm Creek Chorus for their spring concert!!

It's obvious that the group has dedicated many many hours to their program.

A FUN FUN part of the program included some crazy commercials from yesteryear.  It brought raving applause from the audience.  Very creative and FUN to watch.

Part of the program was dedicated to our veterans and armed forces units.

The slide presentation at both sides of the stage was dedicated to family members of Palm Creek residents.

It was awe inspiring to see photos of friends who served in the armed forces many moons ago.  

Special congrats to all of the members but special recognition to the leaders, directors, flutist, piano player, violinist, jam band, AND the dancers!

Movie Night is postponed

Due to the weather prediction for heavy winds, the big screen movie night is postponed.  The food truck vendors will still be here though so come on down.

CanAm Softball

What a beautiful sunshiney warm day for the Canada/American softball games!  The score was close.....for a while.

Drone Footage

Beautiful 77 degrees this afternoon.  Time to send up the drone for a look around the resort.

Sip 'n Paint

Becki Andrews held another fun "Sip 'n Paint" class at her house.  Great work ladies!  
I tried creating a snowman at one of the classes but it turned out to look more like a ditzy clown.  I'm sure it was due to me as a student rather than Becki's leadership.  :)

SO MUCH FUN!!!  Great entertainment at the show tonight.  Our Activities Department is going to have to work hard to maintain such great talent for next season.

On the way to the Glass Show

It was another beautiful morning so headed up to the Glass Show.  Took some photos along the way.

The ducks are loving their new pond on the 7th fairway thanks to the heavy rains last week.

This cactus wears a cute costume each holiday.

From the show, we walked through the main building on our way to the Bistro for lunch.

Awesome!  Look at the pretty flowers recently planted in the pots outside the main doors.

The mailroom is busy as ever.  They have had to deal with 1800 open mail boxes this season.  I think that's a record!

I'm always amazed at how busy our library is.  Thank you to the wonderful volunteers who keep the room is order by putting away all the books, etc.

Dang!  I was doing so well with taking casual photos but forgot to take pics of our delicious lunch at the Bistro.  It was the perfect day to eat out on the patio and listen to the mockingbirds while we enjoyed our meal.
