We will be converting to the new fiber optic system this week. Outages will affect both internet and TV, as they are both on the same cable. The library WIFI and computers will be up regardless in case anyone has a very urgent need. I will post updates through you as the situation unfolds.

Here is our proposed schedule for the cutting over of the fiber nodes:
Monday 10/3- Node location PC-6 (units 668- 924)
Tuesday 10/4- Node location PC-5 (units 925-1088)
Wednesday 10/5- Node locations PC 8 and PC 9 (units 1- 125 and 379 - 666) Southeast section
Thursday 10/6- Node locations PC-1D, PC-3, PC-4 (units 1089 -1785) North Section
Friday 10/7- Node location PC-10 (New Section in north and units 1787 – 1911 and up)
Monday 10/10- Location PC HE-1 (units 126 – 378)
-Customers will need to perform a scan to pick up the new bulk channel lineup.
-Upgraded customers (those with TV receivers) will need to perform QAM scans on their receivers from frequency range 285 – 597 MHz.
-Any internet issues should be resolved with a reboot of the customers modem.
I would project an all-day service window for these locations. Some of these node locations will be affected by powering as we replace nodes before it in the powering chain.

The first portion of the roll-out went smoothly yesterday, so we are still on schedule. Here is the channel line-up in the system until we can get a more formal one published.
